Hi! I'm a Media and Cultural Studies university student from Gloucester- juggling work in between! I started this personal blog in 2016 to market myself from a fashion and beauty perspective and later to document my individual experiences and ordeals with nutrition and mental and physical health.
Since developing this page, it's become second nature to me to share my opinions and reviews on pretty much whatever I come across! Health With Harriet tells the story of my journey to the person I am today- focusing mainly on my three favourite F's: Fashion, Fitness and Food!
I've always had an eye for experimenting with fashion and beauty trends and look for the aesthetics in my photography and travels as well as clothing and make-up. You'll be able to find many of my make-up tips, tricks and reviews, plus my go-to outfits for the perfect occasion!
I've always had a love for (and at times an obsession) with fitness and staying in shape. Whilst many of my friends have at times struggled with falling into healthy eating and fitness plans, I have had the opposite problem. Here you can find how to maintain a healthy relationship with nutrition and fitness without letting it take over your life.
I've found it helpful to share my new gym regimes and daily exercise routines as well as healthy recipes I've experimented with. You'll also discover my love of all things protein and why it's by far my favourite nutrient that can be easily be adapted not just into your meals but into sweet or savoury post-workout snacks!
When I'm not rambling about all of that, you can look forward to some general discussions and chat about my experiences and lifestyle, plus photography and travelling experiences.
If I can do just one thing with this blog then I would hope it would be to remind and inspire people that there's always something positive and interesting to gain from life no matter what!
